The Consumer Insights Lead, Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) is a strategic business partner responsible for transforming consumer, market, and performance data into actionable insights that drive category growth, innovation, and commercial decision-making. This role sits in the US Consumer & Business Insights and Analytics team, and is at the intersection of consumer understanding, analytics, and business strategy, enabling data-driven decisions across marketing, innovation, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end consumer and business insights strategy for the VMS category, shaping growth opportunities and portfolio direction.
Translate complex consumer, market, and performance data into clear, business-driving recommendations.
Partner closely with Marketing, Innovation, Sales, and Finance to influence brand strategy, product development, and go-to-market decisions.
Identify emerging consumer needs, cultural shifts, and category trends to unlock future growth.
Champion advanced analytics and digital data ecosystems, integrating traditional research with digital, social, and first-party data sources.
Drive agile learning agendas and test-and-learn approaches to accelerate decision speed.
Elevate insight storytelling and foster a consumer-centric culture across the organization.
Lead and develop agency partnerships and cross-functional collaboration both with local and global internal stakeholders.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications
BS Degree.
10 years of experience in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Strategy, or related fields within CPG – ideally in healthcare, wellness, or adjacent industries.
Strong analytical acumen combined with outstanding storytelling skills.
Market Insights expertise with consumption data, consumer panels, etc.
Synthesizes complex data and insights to connect the dots, crafting clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic action.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree (Master’s or PhD).
Strategic and business-driven mindset with demonstrated commercial impact.
Demonstrates a forward-looking, proactive mindset, anticipating business needs and identifying opportunities before they surface.
Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments and working with ambiguity.
Deep curiosity about consumers and ability to connect human insights with business outcomes.
Passion for digital transformation, data innovation, and modern insight tools.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor.
Excels in collaborative, cross-functional environments, building strong partnerships and fostering alignment across diverse teams.

Location: This is a hybrid position based in Warren, NJ, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.
The Salary Range for this role is $148,648 – $204,391 USD + an 18% target bonus.
