The Position
Solution Architect - RDT Group Functions Sites, SHE & Sustainability

As a Solution Architect within RDT Group Functions – Site SHE & Sustainability, you design and guide scalable, business-aligned technology solutions. You ensure alignment with enterprise standards, drive architectural decisions, and support the full product lifecycle in complex, multi-solution environments.
Your New Team
You will join Roche Digital Technology (RDT), specifically the Engineering Sites, SHE & Sustainability 1 team—a global, cross-functional architecture and engineering community bridging technology and business across the Site Network Sites.
Within this sub-function, you will support a portfolio of products including:
Site, covering Facility Management & Real Estate, Project Engineering, Logistics, and General Site Services
SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)
Sustainability
Together, these areas enable safe, efficient, and sustainable workplaces across Roche’s global network, leveraging technologies such as IoT and AI while promoting architectural excellence and governance.
The Opportunity
Accountability
Design end-to-end, scalable solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards
Define and evolve architecture including data models, integrations, and NFRs
Ensure architectural consistency across complex, multi-solution environments
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align on architecture and priorities
Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence key decisions
Foster knowledge sharing across teams and products
Impact & Strategy
Contribute to product vision and technology roadmaps across Site, SHE & Sustainability
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and management of technical debt
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and best practices
Technology Selection
Lead evaluation of technologies and vendors based on business needs and feasibility
Assess emerging trends (e.g., IoT) and identify opportunities for value creation
Support pilots and adoption of new solutions
Who You Are
Proven experience in solution architecture within complex, multi-solution environments
Strong expertise in data and integration architecture, architecture patterns, and NFRs
Experience shaping technology roadmaps and evaluating new technologies
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic, proactive mindset with a focus on business value
Basic understanding of IoT concepts and integration patterns
We need a passionate person who has:
6–8+ years in IT with solid experience as a Solution/Technical Architect in complex enterprise environments
Strong expertise in solution design, data architecture, and system integration (APIs, event-driven, cloud)
Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., Service Now) and at least one major cloud provider
Exposure to industrial/site domains (e.g., facility management, engineering, logistics, SHE, or sustainability)
Familiarity with IoT and data-driven use cases (e.g., smart sites, analytics, automation)
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar; architecture/cloud certifications are a plus

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN-425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
