Job Summary (Primary function) We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join the Incyte Dermatology team, supporting HCP marketing for Opzelura in vitiligo. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated HCP marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on content development, media strategy and field sales collaboration. The individual will be responsible for driving awareness, education, and adoption of Opzelura among healthcare providers through impactful, insight-driven campaigns. This role requires close partnership with cross-functional teams and the field sales organization to ensure strategies are effectively translated into execution and deliver measurable business impact. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities) • Lead the development and execution of HCP-focused marketing strategies to drive awareness, education, and adoption of Opzelura in vitiligo. • Own HCP media strategy and execution across channels (e.g., digital, point of care, programmatic), ensuring alignment with brand objectives and optimization based on performance. • Partner closely with creative and media agencies to develop compelling, insight-driven campaigns and content that resonate with target HCP audiences. • Oversee the creation, refinement, and deployment of HCP promotional materials utilized by the salesforce, ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment with brand strategy. • Manage day-to-day agency relationships, including project oversight, timelines, budgets, and performance tracking. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), Market Access, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure aligned and compliant execution. • Lead the MLR review process for HCP materials, balancing speed, compliance, and strategic intent. • Partner closely with the salesforce to gather field insights, understand customer needs, and ensure marketing strategies are actionable and impactful in the field. • Oversee sample strategy and management, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and compliant utilization to support patient starts. • Analyze campaign and media performance to generate insights and continuously optimize strategy and execution. • Develop a deep understanding of the vitiligo market, customer segments, and competitive landscape, including emerging therapies. • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the brand team and broader organization. • Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures. Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency) • BA/BS required: a degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred. • Relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience or background; dermatology or autoimmune disease focus preferred. • Experience working with external vendors on a day-to-day basis with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects autonomously. • Strong communication, presentation, analytics and strategic capabilities.
