The Position
You will be assigned a portfolio of countries belonging to the Europe East and Israel (EEI) region. Our region consists of 19 markets. Your tasks include customer service and demand fulfillment activities, as well as coordinating, analyzing, and submitting the monthly Demand Forecast for all products supplied to your portfolio.
You will be reporting to the Demand Planning Manager EEI.
This function involves cross-functional collaboration and support Commercial business unit to reach our commercial targets!

You will work together with various departments like local Commercial teams, Customer Service, and Finance, Transportation, Production planning, Regulatory and Quality, some of them are sitting in different countries across the region. The team is a mixed of very diverse talented people, making the working environment a perfect place for new ideas and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Covering the customer service, demand fulfillment and demand planning activities for Greece.
Covering demand fulfillment and demand planning activities for dedicated markets .
Execute Demand Planning responsibilities by maintaining optimal inventory levels to support market needs while minimizing the IQV costs and maximizing service levels
Driving dialogue each month with Alliance Manager, Customer Service / Customer, Finance, Regulatory affairs stakeholders / Production Planners, Transportation to meet service level objectives with optimum inventory policy.
Creating 36 months forecast plan for the dedicated markets within EEI cluster.
Collecting business intelligence from Market stakeholders in the 36 months’ timeframe.
Prepare and lead monthly Market Demand Review meetings, preparing meeting minutes and ensuring actions and follow-ups are made accordingly.
Own and improve forecast accuracy of the region consistently and share the best practices with your team colleagues to improve the accuracy of whole region.
Supporting the demand aspect for product launches, new product introduction / deletion governance.
Coordinate the cross-departmental cooperation process to enable timely supply to ensure uninterrupted delivery in the markets.
Support the monthly Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) to achieve a 36-month consensus plan in the market, working in coordination with Alliance and Finance teams.
Manage and proactively resolve escalated supply issues.
Streamline and standardize processes.
Back up the Demand Planning Manager EEI and the other team members when needed.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor – preferably Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
Minimum 4 solid years of demand planning / demand fulfillment / customer service expertise, preferably in pharmaceutical environment.
Microsoft Office expertise (advanced Excel skills are a must).
Solid stakeholder management experience: proven ability to build, develop and maintain productive relationships with different stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills.
Highly organized profile with customer focus, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English is mandatory (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills with ability to effectively speak with senior management.
Planning ERP systems awareness (SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage).
Be able to cope with high-pressure environment and able to sustain it.
Team player that is also capable of working independently.
Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Master of Science or MBA is a plus.
Advanced Power BI is an advantage.
