About the role
Part of the China Wellness Finance team and reporting to China Wellness Finance Director, you will be the finance business partner to the Wellness EC commercial team. Ensuring EC business, our major growth driver, deliver the target and effective returns on all investments.
As a key member of the Commercial Finance team you will be instrumental in influencing and collaborating with our commercial functions to drive commercial decision making, return on investment and business planning.
Role Responsibilities
China Wellness Finance Business Partner is responsible for the financial planning, monitoring and delivery, provides wider and holistic view to drive financial priorities and improve maturity level of financial planning in both category, brand and channel level, and is designed also to optimize ways of working within China finance department.
Key Responsibilities
Business partnering with E-commerce (Domestic EC, Cross-board EC, PDD, etc ), to deliver E-commerce business target and improve investment efficiency
Lead the E-commerce A&P planning and analysis to ensure the investments in well efficiency
Support in China Wellness performance review preparations
Co-work with QSC team to deliver GP improvement target
Lead China Wellness 3 Year LRP, Budgeting, rolling forecast, enable the commercial team to deliver business targets and improve financial profitability
Provide financial support to the Wellness category and EC sales team, evaluate the reasonableness, consistency, and accuracy of financial information.
Ensure that control processes are robust
Detect any risks associated with business performance and support the search for mitigation plans to reduce the associated impacts. Search for opportunities that help improve business profitability.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 yrs of experience in the following areas: Business Finance in EC platforms, FMCG or retail industry
Strong and solid commercial and ecommerce understanding and experience
Excellent analytical and numerical skills - in depth knowledge if key finance processes
Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity in changing environment.
Problem solving/decision making.
Excellent ability to manage and influence a variety of stakeholders, business and also central service teams
