The Position
Roche Diagnostics
The Senior Integrated Specialist role focuses on integrating IT expertise with digital projects, specifically in lab automation solutions (LAS).
Key Responsibilities
Digital
Provide IT insights and proposals for digital projects, and support customer presentations.
Solutions design for offering digital solutions functions and products
Digital products troubleshoot and provide support for networking devices and virtual machine infrastructure.
Perform application support and configuration of digital/automation products
Workflow
Conduct simulation analysis - TAT estimation and support proposals, presentations
Tender reviews for LAS projects
Perform layout drawing to visualize the ideal layout and workflow for customers
Quality & Process Control
Manage quality and service issues (QN/SBN) for licensed IT & Automation products, standardize technical documents (implementation, process), and support case escalation to regional/global teams.
Training
Conduct internal trainings/workshops on IT/automation
Provide support for external customer events and workshops.
Deliver customer training for automation instruments and various digital solutions
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Healthcare/Information Technology or related disciplines
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Marketing / Application /Product Support in IVD or related field
Skills
Good presentation skill
Good negotiation and influencing skill
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
High computer literacy and technical ability
Language
Professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
