HybridWhat you will do
The Key Account Representative is responsible for the strategic management and growth of key accounts within the Modern Trade channel, driving sustainable business results through strong commercial execution, analytical insight, and collaborative cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic sales and account management plans leveraging market insights, data analytics, and collaboration with sales management to maximize client retention, revenue, and market penetration.
· Design and implement advanced client engagement programs and sales events that foster long-term partnerships, brand loyalty, and boost customer engagement.
· Lead commercial negotiations, promotional planning, and execution excellence in alignment with internal stakeholders.
· Analyze performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, forecast, ROI, and profitability) to identify risks and opportunities.
· Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to deliver integrated customer solutions.
· Drive customer engagement initiatives that strengthen long-term partnerships and brand performance.
· Prepare and present accurate business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership.
· Manage resource allocation efficiently to optimize sales operations and support team productivity.
· Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures in all sales and account management activities.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial roles, ideally managing key accounts within the Modern Trade Channel
· Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
· Highly analytical profile with experience in sales tracking, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
· Experience in budget preparation, expense control, and financial management within a sales context.
· Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management software.
Desired Qualifications
· Experience in FMCG / Consumer Health environments.
· Exposure to CRM systems, data analytics, and visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
· Proven ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organizations.
· A visionary mindset with a passion for driving growth through creative problem-solving and adaptive leadership.
