El Sr Legal Associate / Sr Attorney brinda asesoría y apoyo legal al negocio en México, Centroamérica y Caribe, actuando como socio estratégico y guardián de riesgos. El rol respalda actividades comerciales, corporativas y operativas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las leyes, regulaciones y políticas de Haleon aplicables, mientras habilita los objetivos de negocio de manera pragmática y orientada a soluciones.

Adicionalmente, la posición ayuda a asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio, evalua y monitorea los riesgos, negocia con el equipo local, regional y global, así como con despachos externos y contrapartes.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar apoyo legal diario a las unidades de negocio y funciones asignadas en México y LEC (ej. Comercial, Marketing, Cadena de Suministro, RRHH, Regulatorio).

• Redactar, revisar, negociar y gestionar una amplia gama de contratos, incluyendo acuerdos comerciales, NDAs, contratos de servicios, distribución, marketing y proveedores.

• Asesorar sobre cumplimiento de leyes locales y políticas internas en la región, incluyendo competencia económica, anticorrupción, privacidad de datos, protección al consumidor y cumplimiento promocional.

• Apoyar actividades de gobierno corporativo en México y LEC, incluyendo resoluciones de consejo, poderes y registros corporativos (según corresponda).

• Identificar riesgos legales y proporcionar recomendaciones claras y enfocadas al negocio para mitigarlos.

• Coordinar y gestionar asesoría externa cuando sea necesario, asegurando eficiencia en costos y calidad en el consejo legal.

• Apoyar investigaciones internas, disputas o litigios bajo supervisión del liderazgo legal senior.

• Brindar capacitación y orientación legal a los equipos de negocio para promover conciencia legal y cultura de cumplimiento.

• Colaborar con equipos legales regionales y globales, asegurando alineación con los estándares y prácticas de Haleon.

• Trabajar de manera independiente con supervisión moderada

• Interpretar las legislaciones
