  • Provide ad hoc support to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring that process documentation is updated accordingly.

  • Lead governance of the global payroll and T&A change intake process and change management workflows, ensuring alignment across regions.

  • Partner with Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure payroll processes meet SOX, audit, reconciliation, user access, and operational control requirements.

  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments, driving accountability and corrective actions.

  • Manage and escalate unresolved service issues to resolution in partnership with regional delivery leads.

  • Own governance of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and amendments; partner with Procurement and Legal on contract negotiations and renewals.

  • Partner with Information Security Risk Management to ensure required questionnaires and assessments are completed and issues resolved in a timely manner.

  • Validate payroll savings opportunities and support transformation and value realization initiatives.

Financial Governance & Risk Management
