We are searching for the best talent for [Immunology & Neuroscience Business Unit Senior Director].
[Responsibilities]
Immunology & Neuroscience Business Unit Senior Director is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy for Immunology & Neuroscience portfolio, leading a team of sales and marketing professionals. This position will most effectively grow the business as well as for supporting the overall growth and success of sales and marketing. Specific responsibilities include:
· Develop and implement the business strategy for Immunology & Neuroscience portfolio, with both short-term and long-term business objectives
· Oversee and lead all marketing and sales plans to achieve the business objectives within policies and guidelines as well as Business Unit budget
· Lead team in the development of strategic and tactical plans that will ensure a strong competitive focus and maximize business results now and, in the future
· Interface with customers to develop and leverage long term partnerships and ensure strong customer insights
· Collaborate effectively with all business partners to drive business results, and a high-performance culture of team and co-work with Business Development, and region/global counterparts to prepare for new business opportunities for BU
· Ensure legal and regulatory compliances in all business activities. This includes understanding the impact of new and existing laws and regulations on the health care industry, seeking legal or regulatory counsel when confronted with potential compliance issues, and taking disciplinary actions when situation requires
· Ensure the business unit has a team of engaged and high performing people including overseeing the recruitment, development, coaching and overall performance management of direct reports, and others
· Motivate organization and demonstrate inclusive and Credo-based leadership
· Play a strategic role of member of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Korea Leadership team for company-wide discussion and decisions
[Qualifications]
· Significant track record of success in leadership roles in pharmaceutical industry, including leadership positions in sales and marketing
· Proven capability to understand Immunology and Neuroscience TA and Korea healthcare environment
· Must have proven abilities to grow a business and successful P&L management of a sizeable Business Unit
· Proven enterprise mindset and skill in building highly collaborative and effective relationships across business units and functions and at all levels of the organization
· Drive higher performing culture with CREDO based values, Customer & Patient Focus, with highly compliant and innovative way
· Strong, authentic people leader, with robust experience in building competitive teams, developing talents, and elevate overall talent bench strength
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Korean is preferred
