This role reports into the Demand Planning Lead and is based out of our Reading office (hybrid).

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all in-market supply topics, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
• Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively identifying and escalating the delays
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, quality, planning) to track and close supply-related issues
• Escalate delays or risks to senior team members when needed
• Prepare and distribute regular reports; OTIFD, Product Availability, Supply risks
• Conduct root cause analysis and perform reason coding for order misses and service failures
• Provide routine updates to the team on supply performance and risks
• Support stock allocation activities in case of constrained supply
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and data trends
• Support month end and weekly performance reviews with data preparation

• Solid understanding of supply chain processes
• Proficiency in excel and reporting tools
