Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.
As Associate Brand Manager (Advil)—US Expert Marketing, you’ll help shape the marketing strategy and activation that strengthens Advil’s leadership within the analgesics category by increasing HCP trust, recommendation, and patient conversion. Creative: Oversee content and creative development in partnership with agency teams, ensuring message accuracy, medical relevance, and creative effectiveness for HCP audiences.
Media Management: Contribute to media strategy development and lead day‑to‑day communications with the media agency, in partnership with the Brand Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Insights, Global Expert Marketing, and agency teams to develop materials that clearly articulate product science, positioning, mechanism of action, and clinical benefits.
Salesforce Support: Collaborate with the Expert salesforce and capabilities team to develop tools and resources that strengthen sales efforts, including product samples, promotions, e-sales aids, sales training materials and patient education assets.
Culture Building: Foster a culture of Expert obsession, creative bravery, agility, and data-driven decision-making across the Expert Marketing team.
Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs to support claim development, asset approvals, and ensure scientific substantiation.
Market Understanding: Build a deep understanding of the analgesics category, competitive landscape, customer dynamics, and emerging trends to inform strategy and activate best‑in‑class Expert Marketing programs.
Performance & Financial Management: Track and evaluate marketing initiatives to identify key insights, improve marketing effectiveness and increase ROIs. Own budget planning, budget management, and product sampling program management.
