    Looking for a Brand Manager who wants to lead with an enterprise mentality — not just brands. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this role will help lead the operation while accelerating market share and fortifying brand equity for category-leading brands.

    • What You’ll Own
      • Own local brand strategy execution for consumer goods brands —translating global plans into winning, locally relevant initiatives.
      • Be the go-to brand authority in-market, shaping priorities across channels to drive growth.
    • What You’ll Deliver
      • Lead campaigns execution with full accountability for A&P investment, agency performance, and on-time activation of compliant assets.
      • Partner with Finance to track performance and maximize brand contribution to operating profit.
    • How You’ll Win
      • Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Supply, Operations, and Digital—removing roadblocks and raising the bar on performance.
      • Monitor KPIs, drive innovation launches, and build demand with a relentless focus on results.

    Role Responsibilities

    1. Brand & Business Ownership

    • Own brand strategy, execution, and performance for assigned brands in Puerto Rico.
    • Translate Global and US Brand Growth Plans into executable local plans.
    • Act as the brand authority in market and represent the brand in leadership forums.
    • Make informed decisions and manage trade‑offs with minimal escalation.

    2. Financial & Investment Accountability

    • Own A&P budgets, WBS structures, and PO management.
    • Partner closely with Finance to track performance and ROI / ROA.
    • Ensure financial discipline, compliance, and audit readiness.

    3. Execution Excellence & Agency Leadership

    • Lead creative, media, and digital agencies end‑to‑end.
    • Enforce Haleon Ways of Working and briefing standards.
    • Ensure assets are compliant, approved, and activated on time.

    4. Innovation & Portfolio Management

    • Lead local launch readiness for innovations and restages.
    • Coordinate forecasts, claims readiness, and execution.
    • Manage SKU prioritization, discontinuations, and portfolio optimization.

    5. Cross‑Functional Leadership

    • Serve as brand lead with Sales, Supply, Regulatory, Finance, and Digital.
    • Communicate risks early and drive alignment through clarity and follow‑through.

    6. Performance Management & Analytics

    • Track sales, share, distribution, and execution KPIs.
    • Use insights to drive action and corrective measures.
    • Prepare concise, decision‑oriented leadership updates.

    7. Leadership Behaviors & Culture

    • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
    • Apply strong judgment under ambiguity.
    • Model Haleon’s performance culture: Debate, Decide, Commit.

    Success Measures

    • Delivery of sales, share, and Brand Profit targets.
    • On‑time execution of brand and innovation plans.
    • Strong financial governance and cross‑functional confidence

    Why you?

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 3 to 4 years of experience in Marketing (preferably Brand Management)
    • At least 3 years of experience with media and creative agencies.
    • Bachelor’s in marketing administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
    • Strong collaboration skills, results orientation, and analytical profile.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Intermediate–Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

    Preferred Qualifications

    Ideal candidates will have prior experience in most, if not all, of the following and employees developing into this role should develop experience and demonstrated success in the following:

    • Good written and communication skill to communicate with all company management levels.
    • Master’s in Marketing desirable
