Job Purpose
The Expert Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HCP centric marketing initiatives that drive growth and market penetration for the company's Oral Health portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, behavioral insights and a proactive approach to stay ahead in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will liaison with global team, ensure optimal brand communication to HCPs, increase product awareness with patients, and improve accessibility of products to meet patient and healthcare provider needs in India.
Key responsibilities
This role has the following key deliverables
Strategic Marketing Development: Lead the development of annual market activation planning. Formulate and implement marketing strategies that support the business objectives of the portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional & global priorities.
Market Analysis & Consumer Insights: Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand patient and healthcare provider preferences trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine marketing approaches and identify growth opportunities.
Traditional & Digital Marketing: Create omni-channel marketing campaigns (In clinic, mobile, email, events) that reach target audiences effectively. Monitor engagement and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
P&L Management: Be accountable for delivery of annual P&L. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for all HCP centric activations and initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of activation spends through KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop training materials, promotional tools, and incentive programs. Support sales initiatives by aligning marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry influencers, and key opinion leaders, to strengthen brand credibility and market presence. Work closely with medical team to develop strong claim pipeline and relevant content
Agency Partnership: Manage agency relationships to deliver superior results
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Master’s degree
5 or more years in consumer healthcare / pharma, with at least 2+ years of marketing / commercial management experience.
Prior experience in HCP product marketing is highly desirable.
Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
