Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partnering for Oracle Project: Act as Finance Business Partner for the Oracle Project (new plant build-up for Oral Care business), working closely with the Project Management Team and key stakeholders to support project governance, decision-making, and execution efficiency.
Project Financial Planning & Control: Develop, monitor, and control overall project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis; ensure alignment between project milestones, financial plans, and business objectives.
Capital Expenditure & Spend Management: Closely monitor and track project spend, CapEx investment, and cash flow to ensure disciplined financial management, cost control, and compliance with internal financial policies.
Performance Tracking & Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle; proactively engage with project and management teams to recommend corrective actions and ensure delivery against financial commitments.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance: Serve as the key finance contact to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Global Finance, ensuring transparency, governance, and effective financial communication.
Financial Reporting & Decision Support: Provide timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and analyses on project status, budget utilization, and ROI to support fact‑based management decisions.
Compliance & Internal Control: Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and local regulatory standards during project execution, including documentation and audit readiness.
Process Improvement & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement in project financial management processes, tools, and reporting standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of large‑scale capital projects.
Business Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field
15 years of professional finance experience, preferably with exposure to large‑scale projects, manufacturing, or plant start‑ups
Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering and project finance management
Professional certification preferred: CICPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent
Prior people management or matrix leadership experience is a plus
Problem Solving:
This role supports complex, cross‑functional project activities and requires strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. The position demands the ability to balance differing stakeholder interests while driving one common objective: efficient, compliant, and value‑creating project delivery.
Strong business partnering skills are essential to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations, proactively address risks, and support management in making informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
