These responsibilities include some of the following: - 医師、薬剤師を中心とした医療関係者に科学的で臨床に即した情報を提供する。 - 病院や専門診療科を訪問し、対話を通じて適正使用と治療改善を支援する。 - 地域の医療ニーズを基に活動計画を立て、実行と改善を行う。 - チームや内外のステークホルダーと連携して学術活動やプロモーションを推進する。 - 患者や医療現場のインサイトを収集・分析し、社内に分かりやすく報告する。 - 継続的な学習を通じて専門性を高め、信頼される医療パートナーとして行動する。 Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - MR資格（医薬情報担当者資格）を保有していること。 - MRとしての実務経験が3年以上あること。 - 病院への訪問活動経験があること（膠原病内科、呼吸器内科、神経内科などの経験が望ましい）。 - 普通自動車第一種免許を保有していること。 - 医療従事者と建設的な対話ができる優れたコミュニケーション力と交渉力を持つこと。 - 向学心があり、疾患や治療に関する知識を継続して深める意欲があること。 Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - 基幹病院や大学病院での活動経験。 - バイオ医薬品や高度専門領域での取り扱い経験。 - 複数診療科にわたるKOL（重要意見形成者）との関係構築経験。 - 病院内での学術支援やチーム連携の企画運営経験。 - データやインサイトを用いて施策改善を行った経験。 - 患者中心の視点で業務に取り組む姿勢。 Employment type and working style - 雇用形態：正社員 - 勤務形態：ハイブリッド（オンサイト中心。医療機関訪問や直行直帰を組み合わせます） - 勤務エリア：東日本リージョン（東京、北海道、東北など。出張や移動が発生します） Selection process 書類選考、面接（複数回、WEBおよび対面の可能性あり）、適性検査およびバックグラウンドチェックを予定しています。 Ready to apply? この役割に興味がありますか。あなたの経験と情熱が東日本の医療現場と患者さんに確かな違いをもたらします。ぜひご応募ください。応募をお待ちしています。
