What you will do

- Develop EC Self care channel plans and drive high quality execution with differentiation to win consumers/patients and gain share.

- Develop and implement building blocks & plans base on shopper and platform insight to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.

- Investment management and efficiency optimization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from FIN/Supply Chain/ Digital intelligence and sales operations to drive portitable growth.

- Drive and track channel activations with execution excellence.

- Support IBP process including financial cycles(BP/JU/NU).

-Collaborate with MKT team on promptional campaigns for EC platforms.
