Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern – Cluster Finance Manager, from August to December 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.
The CFM Intern is mainly responsible for providing specific business and project related support to MRCs and markets serviced by JNJ Global Services- Manila. This position reports to the CFM Manager.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with CFMs and other GS process teams to complete and deliver projects as assigned
- Assist in closing monitoring and open issue resolution during monthly/quarterly closing activities whenever necessary.
- Work with CFM in completing and enhancing balance sheet, trial balance and P&L reviews with stakeholders and different process teams
Others
- Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP, and other control requirements.
- Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience across various entities.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or other relevant courses
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeolders
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office , specially Excel.
- Tech savvy and willing to learn digital tools e.g. PowerBI.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate or SAP Business One is a plus.
- Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
- Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
- Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
