Job Description:

Overall purpose of job:

The ERLR Senior Partner will be responsible for handling complex employee and labor relations matters within the Central & Easter Europe subcluster with primary focus on Czechia and GS Hub Employees population in Prague. This will mainly involve organizational design initiatives, expert ERLR advisory to people leaders and senior management, performance and grievance management advisory coordination, policies review, implementation of the changes to the local labor laws into internal documents, coaching of people leaders on ERLR topics. The position of ERLR Senior Partner serves as a trusted advisor and a guardian of our CREDO principles within the Company.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·     Ownership and orchestration of organizational change initiatives across the population of ca. 1400 Employees in Czechia and Slovakia;

·     Ownership of discipline management, including end-to-end management of the relevant disciplinary outcomes and cooperation with investigations’ partner on smooth review of greviance allegations;

·     Advisory on disciplinary proceedings related to legal and compliance items, including advisory on disciplinary decisions related to outcomes of external audits and internal legal investigations;

·     Strong partnership with external law firms, including constant improvement of partnership;

·     Management and maintenance of positive relationships with internal business stakeholders and partners cross-business, such as in-house lawyers, HCC officers, BUHRs;

·     Proactive participation in cross-country ERLR projects and broader CEE&Turkey agenda, in particular in area of digitalization and standardization of ERLR materials and service offering;

·     Management of collective relations for Czechia, including elections of EWC representatives;

·     Strong cooperation with the business leaders, advisory on support and execution related to mergers, divestitures, reorganizations;

·     Close cooperation with ERLR Manager CEE&Turkey on cross-country projects

Job location:

This role is based in the GS Hub in Prague, Czechia.

Job Requirements:

Essential knowledge and skills:

·       Master’s degree or Equivalent in Law, Psychology or Economics or other relevant studies

·       Strong experience in interacting with stakeholders, with a proven track record of influencing and shaping joint, aligned decisions among various functions and stakeholder levels

·       Experience with organizational design activities in Czechia is required

·       Proficient speaker in Czech, fluent in at least 1 other CEE language, fluent in English

·       Previous experience in similar expert consultant roles is preferred
