The Product Manager – Endomechanical & Energy is responsible for leading the strategic and executional management of the Endomech and Energy platform across the full product lifecycle. This role drives portfolio growth through strong market insight, clear positioning, effective launches, and close collaboration with Sales, Medical, and Regional teams.
The position plays a critical role in translating clinical and customer needs into winning commercial strategies, while ensuring alignment with the broader Surgery BU priorities and integrated solution approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle management for Endomechanical and Energy portfolios
Develop and execute annual product strategies aligned with BU growth priorities
Conduct market assessment, segmentation, and competitive analysis
Identify growth opportunities, gaps, and risks within the portfolio
2. Go‑to‑Market & Launch Excellence
Lead new product launches including positioning, pricing strategy, value messaging, and launch readiness
Develop high‑quality marketing materials, campaigns, and selling tools
Ensure effective product training and enablement for Sales and Clinical teams
Monitor post‑launch performance and drive corrective actions as required
3. Business Performance Management
Own product‑level forecasting, tracking, and analysis
Monitor sales performance, market share, and profitability
Translate insights into actionable recommendations to accelerate growth
Support key account strategies and major tenders with strong product input
4. Customer, Clinical & Market Insight
Gather and synthesize voice‑of‑customer insights from surgeons, nurses, and OR stakeholders
Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure compliant scientific communication
Understand evolving clinical pathways and procedural trends
Represent customer needs in regional and global discussions
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Clinical Education, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Partner with Regional and Global Marketing teams on portfolio planning and execution
Support integrated solution strategies across consumables, digital, and capital platforms
Act as a key interface between field execution and upstream strategy
6. Compliance & Governance
Ensure all promotional activities comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
Maintain robust documentation and approval processes
Uphold company values and ethical standards in all activities
