Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a GS Financial Service Innovation (FSI) Manager for processes focused on the Orthopaedics business, based on Multiple locations supporting GS ATR, ITC and Compliance scope.

The GS FSI Manager supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier
- Lead the Continuous Improvement projects of the new operating model
- Lead specific GS Finance projects where applicable
- Lead, facilitate and coordinate all deployment activities required, including
- To execute the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region
- Developing Project Work Plan
- Conduct Launch Kickoff
- Conducting Business Simulation
- Manage Readiness Checklists
- For leading and solving any/all localization needs in the region, in partnership with Service Delivery Global Leaders and Program Leads, that are necessary to achieve the Global vision for each Program Managing project resources, issues and risks
- Responsible for tracking value case achievements and investment spend
- Responsible, along with Service Delivery Leaders, achieving value case commitments and ensuring that invest spend remains on track
- Managing integration of all other deployment activities as required (e.g. Change, communications, Training etc.)
- Lead the change & communication and influencing efforts, in partnership with Service Delivery, with key stakeholders in the region (i.e. CFOs, FD, etc.)
- Ensure that key stakeholders are collaborated with and consulted for all deployments in the regions, including but not limited to Compliance, Tax, Treasury, etc.
- Understanding measures of success and driving work to achieve these
- Provide overall ongoing Program/Initiative updates, specific to regional deployments, to GSF senior leadership, deployment organizations, and other Key Stakeholders
- Oversite of the GS PMO activities, for Regional Programs/Initiatives supported, to ensure that all aspects of Project Management needs are being addressed and are effective for stakeholder groups, including by not limited to Regional Value Case Tracking, Scorecard updating, etc.
- Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications
- Liaise and escalate process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders. Know enough of the financial models and processes to ask critical questions, frame issues, and drive results.
- Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
- Accountable for overall customer satisfaction during deployment process
- Accountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required
- Manage interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global
- Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service
- Provide leadership, coaching, training and guidance to team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard
- Manage and monitor team performance on a regular basis
- Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design
- Effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives
- Engage with key stakeholders and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition to new ways of working
- Work with global teams to ensure the organization is enabled to drive deeper standardization efforts
- Accountable for leveraging and collaborating across broader Central GS model across change, coms, training, etc., to bring a holistic deployment solution.
Qualifications:
Education
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Required
- 5 to 7 years of working experience in Finance
- Deployment, solutions, change management experience desired
- Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes
- May have responsibilities for managing indirect teams or contingent labor, as project needs arise
- Ability to influence and interact with impact across peers and matrixed teams
- Strong learning agility
Preferred
- Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk.
- Six Sigma, FPX, Process Leadership, Project Management skills desired.
- Technologically savvy, proven record of systems deployment successes.
- Familiar with various Finance Operational Processes (A2R, ITC, etc.)
- Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.
