En Haleon, buscamos un/a Project Management Staff que sea responsable de planificar, monitorear y gestionar proyectos internos de principio a fin, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, cronograma y presupuesto.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementar proyectos cumpliendo con alcance, tiempos y costos definidos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y estándares de Haleon.
• Gestionar la documentación necesaria para proyectos de inversión y administrar el portafolio de proyectos.
• Construir y liderar equipos de proyecto efectivos, supervisando compañías externas.
• Colaborar con Sponsors y stakeholders clave de los proyectos en curso. Gestionar aprobaciones de ofertas, órdenes de compra y contratos. Administrar el presupuesto, tareas financieras y reportes.
• Comunicar el estatus de los proyectos y gestionar riesgos de forma preventiva.
• Apoyar auditorías internas y externas.
• Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua en seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.

Why you?

Qualifications:

• Licenciatura o Ingeniería (Bachelor’s Degree).
• 4+ años de experiencia en roles relacionados con gestión de proyectos en la industria.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
• Conocimientos de MS Office (MS Project es un plus).
• Conocimientos básicos de AutoCAD.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
• Background técnico.
• Experiencia en entornos internacionales.
