VP of QP´s Office

About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced leader to take ownership of operations within their area, drive strategic and tactical direction, and lead a team of managers and professionals. This role requires deep subject matter expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to influence organizational processes on a global or local scale.

Scope & Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee operations within your area, including full budget ownership.

• Interpret and adapt relevant policy guidelines and ensure compliance across the team.

• Influence and help establish new organizational processes and standards.

• Set tactical direction with both short- and long‑term focus, contributing strategic input to the broader function.

• Operate within a global or local scope depending on assigned responsibilities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader, ensuring knowledge transfer across the organization.

• Lead a sub‑function or large department(s), managing managers and senior professionals.

• Take full ownership of people processes—from hiring to development to exit.

• Ensure efficient and responsible departmental operations, including assignment and delivery of mandatory training.

• Foster and promote Alvotech’s culture, encouraging innovation, positivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Monitor trends in comparable fields and identify opportunities to improve workforce performance and reduce company costs.

Minimum Requirements

• Deep expertise in the relevant subject area and demonstrated experience operating at a strategic and tactical leadership level.

• Proven ability to lead teams, including managing other managers and senior specialists.

• Strong understanding of organizational policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.

• Commitment to adhering to Alvotech policies, procedures, and tools, including the Alvocado and Manager Toolbox.

• Ability to ensure that all team members follow required guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
