The Analyst, Customer Master & Contracts is responsible for managing customer master data, hospital RFPs, and contract pricing administration. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Global business services (GBS) teams, ensuring accurate master data, timely contract execution, and compliant pricing for hospital customers.

This position requires hands-on SAP experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while meeting fixed deadlines.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Coordinate contract documentation, amendments, and approvals, including submission through internal legal review platforms.

  • Track contract status, pricing, volumes, and key milestones to support renewals and future bids.

Customer Master Data

  • Own the maintenance and accuracy of customer master records in SAP, including customer names, addresses, hierarchies, and affiliations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Representatives and Customer Relations regarding customer master requests and issue resolution.

  • Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies that may impact pricing, contracts, rebates, or reporting.

  • Generate and distribute customer master reports for internal stakeholders.

Pricing & Contract Maintenance

  • Maintain hospital and customer-specific pricing for contracted products in SAP.

  • Update internal price lists and ensure alignment with approved contracts and pricing decisions.

  • Maintain hospital price files and communicate approved pricing changes to Sales, Finance, and Customer Relations.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Support

  • Prepare quarterly sales, rebate, and contract performance reports.

  • Verify chargebacks and rebates, support claims processing in collaboration with Finance, Customer Relations and Accounts Receivable.

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting in support of pricing, contracting, and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • University degree along with experience in customer operations, customer service, or commercial support roles.

  • 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device environments.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP; customer master or pricing data experience strongly preferred.

  • Exposure to hospital contracting, RFPs, pricing, or market access is an asset.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across functions.

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP etc.).

  • This role will be hybrid, with a combination of remote and onsite work.

  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
