Role reports to:

Regional Quality Systems Lead

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

  • Assumes ownership in Change Control System (GCC record and/or Deliverables as needed).
  • Documents all related GCC fields under Technical Owner’s & SMEs’ guidance and coordinates all administrative activities until GCC closure.
  • Member of GCC initiation meetings.
  • Support Technical owner to track the Target due Date.
  • Conducts frequent follow ups with Technical & deliverable owners to confirm all actions are completed on time and meet global / regional targets.
  • Manages Extensions and Reassignments requests.
  • Issues GCC weekly reports / ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Confirms data accuracy in Metric Pulse and supports with commentary if required.
  • Provide general support for system-related queries and user issues.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and external partners as required.
  • Support regional Quality Systems strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Support system clean-up, data quality activities, and migration efforts.
  • Verifies that quality systems are effectively deployed.
  • Performs periodic routine checks to verify appropriate application.
  • Uses basic statistical methods, quality tools and computer generated reports to improve process capability.
  • Participates in quality system improvement initiatives.
  • Suggests process changes when appropriate.
  • Assists in establishing, maintaining and implementing communications to increase awareness and promote improvement of quality issues across the business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quality Mgmt, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related field
  • Experience in Quality Systems or compliance (1-3 years)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Self motivated and capable to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
