Job Description

対象者は、細部への注意力、円滑なコミュニケーション スキル、顧客第一主義という 3 つの高度な職務スキルを備えている必要があります。

職務内容

・据付・点検・修理サービス等におけるお客様・営業・パートナー会社とのエンジニア訪問の日程調整および関連業務（業務委託を含む）

・他社製品の修理・点検等見積もり取得・発注・クローズ・支払業務

・引取り修理受付・見積作成・部品手配・製品出荷指示・クローズ業務

・エンジニア使用専用機材の日程調整管理および発送指示

Qualifications

・PCによる業務系システム操作

・Office系ソフト操作

・電話対応スキル

・サービス業務

・コミュニケーション(日本語・英語)　 TOEIC500点程度があればなお良い

・化学、電気、機械系の知識があればなお良い

・理系の学部出身であればなお良い
