Principais Responsabilidades :

• Controle de planilhas, indicadores e documentos da área;
• Apoio em compras (requisições, follow-up, notas fiscais)
• Abertura e controle de chamados
• Atendimento a colaboradores e comunicação interna
• Suporte a fornecedores e rotinas de manutenção, limpeza e uniformes;
• Controle de estoques e materiais de Facilities;
• Auxiliar na análise de custos e controle orçamentário da área;
• Apoiar no acompanhamento de fornecedores terceirizados, garantindo cumprimento de escopo e SLAs
• Auxiliar na gestão de documentações obrigatórias (contratuais, legais e de segurança)
• Atuar como ponto de apoio para alinhamento de demandas operacionais;

Requisitos:

• Ensino médio completo
• Excel Básico - Intermediário;
• Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas ou Facilities
• Conhecimento em controle de indicadores e planilhas (Excel intermediário)
• Boa comunicação e organização
• Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas
