Job Description:

The People Services Specialist will provide functional subject matter expertise in Workday within the HR Service Center.  This role provides HR operations support to employees, business leaders, other Shared Services teams and Human Resources colleagues. This position serves as a point of contact for assigned functional areas and ensures data integrity in all HR IS systems, operational excellence in maintaining HR data, testing of system changes/upgrades, creation of data reports and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.  In addition, the position will support coaching, mentoring, and training of Employee Experience Associates as well as HR communication projects.  This position also supports HR Operations projects as assigned.

Main Responsibilities & Job Expectations

  • Serve as HR systems “Super User” and lead the HRIS systems entry, maintenance, troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity for all processes.
  • Build curriculum to train, coach and mentor HR Associates on Tier 0 process and system assignments.
  • Coordinate system related projects and process improvement: integration implementations, enhancements and upgrade activities HR processes, policies and practices that impact accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity across HRIS systems via reporting, clear processes, and system administration.
  • Maintain electronic employee files.
  • Maintain internal databases and systems; developing custom reports to meet the requirements of HR team and Business Partners.
  • Prepare the documents required for payroll, gather appropriate documentation and coordinate with payroll team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to inquiries and requests.
  • This role may provide dedicated support to global HR/IS projects as assigned and / or support HR CoE communication projects.
Knowledge, Abilities & Experience

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
  • or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ of HRIS experience; Workday experience is strongly preferred
  • Other HRIS system knowledge like ADP is preferred
  • HR operations project management experience preferred

Languages:

  •  English

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,750 to $89,000, paid on an hourly basis

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program. The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and demonstrated skills.
