Job Description
1.0 OBJETIVO GENERAL:
Under Supervision, the Associate Supply Planner is responsible for translating demand plans into supply plans and supporting deparment objectives. These objectives include ensuring schedule adherence, maintaining appropriate finished inventory levels, and driving a high level of customer service.
2.0 RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES:
2.1 Manage pack production based on Forecast, inventory level and Lead Time. Including but not limited to pack status 1 & 3. Making
sure to update the Job Comments field with with the latest update on the pack. (At least update cooments once a weeks).
2.2 To Review and follow up work in process inventory. Including, but not limited, dispatch and C-Hold report on a daily basis.
2.3 Submit Subs/RWO in system to clear C-Hold pack or to open a new work order for a pack with a component shortage.
2.4 Manage Subs/RWO report and follow up daily on any rejections, pending approvals or cancelations. Including the daily
rejections email from Production Control.
2.5 Work with internal departments to ensure releasig work orders of being in hold by providing additional documentation needed
(Low Exp forms, Salvage forms, Scrap forms, SOP's, etc).
2.6 Work with ROB to request status on PO's / DO's to cover shortages.
2.7 Communicate with Sales Inventory Support team when further information is needed for or from Sales representatives or
customers.
2.8 Collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure appropriate forecasts are in place and to adjust forecasts in response to
fluctuations in customer demand or when requests for changes are communicated.
2.9 Every request of information or comunication must be answer within 24 hours.
3.0 PERFIL PROFESIONAL:
3.1 Experiencia/ conocimientos técnicos
- Planning & Purchasing
- Microsoft Office; Intermediate level Excel
- AS400, SAP
3.2 Competencias /softskills
- Effective communication
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to solve problems.
- Team player attitude
- Dynamic, analytic with organizational habits.
- Ability to handle changes.
3.3 Formación académica
- Bachelor degree (Administration / Engineering)
- English advance. (80%)
- 1 years of experience in Supply Chain. (Ideal)
