Job Description:

The Total Rewards Senior Analyst is responsible for the following:

  • Effective execution of end-to-end processes related to the administration of Company benefits policies and compliance with statutory benefits in two or more countries.

  • Ensuring a seamless experience for TR customers when using the GS HR services.

  • Ensuring compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users and stakeholders (employees, managers, other GS, CSTRs, BUHRs and suppliers).

  • Collaborate closely with HR teams, external vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs, while providing support and guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries.

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Case Management, Benefits and Leave Administration and Vendor Management

Case Management

  • Manage resolution of cases following the established Internal Operating Procedure (IOP).

  • Resolve cases with focus on integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of data/information to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and deliver on agreed metrics (i.e. Average Lead Time, SLA adherence, PRR, NPS)

  • Ensure timely escalation to determine appropriate action and support needed.

  • Assist and encourage users/customers to make effective use of self-service options, systems, products, service, etc. in order to drive rapid resolution of cases and to empower customers; educate and inform customers of the full range of HR services available to them.

  • Ensure policy and legal compliance.

  • Identify case challenges and opportunities and provides research and knowledge solutions.

  • Handle complex and/or functional inquiries/requests

Benefits and Leave Administration

  • Ensure seamless delivery of TR services specific to the administration of Company benefits/leaves policies and compliance with statutory benefits.

  • Ensure all TR documents are updated regularly

  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams in the implementation of new benefits initiatives or enhancements and changes in policies or processes, leading the development of communication materials for such.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for benefits policies and procedures, providing training and support to other HR teams and employees as needed.

  • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing of all relevant working experiences with issues resolution creating a knowledge database for future reference.

  • Monitor and report on utilization and trends in benefits offerings, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the benefits programs.

  • Respond to complex employee inquiries/cases related to benefits, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance employee engagement and understanding of their benefits options.

Projects/Programs/Process Improvements/Other Tasks

  • Take ownership of specific yearly/monthly activities as per the yearly calendar, for example Year End, CBA related activities etc.

  • Identify opportunities for program/process improvement, provides research and knowledge for solutions and lead the overall execution.

  • Lead the development and implementation of functional or cross-functional projects.

  • Perform specific Compensation-related tasks as necessary.

  • Support major projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to benefits programs/processes.

  • Coach more junior colleagues, providing guidance on policy/process implementation and sharing best practices.

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

 

Required Years of Related Experience: 3-5 years of related experience

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Experience in benefits administration or a related HR function, with a strong understanding of multi-country benefits programs and compliance.

  • Extensive understanding of HR Functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Workforce Data Administration, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations) or Payroll

  • Experience in case management and using case & knowledge management tools (ideally SNOW)

  • Experience in Workday/Aon FYB

  • Big data processing

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00

 

 

Benefits:

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
