Job Description
Supports IT Risk Management & Security product and project leads by managing financial planning, forecasting, accruals, and compliance activities. Partners with stakeholders to track budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensure financial governance adherence, drive timely delivery of financial commitments, and provide actionable financial insights to support informed investment decisions. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in financial coordination who aspires to grow into a Project Manager or Scrum Master role.
What will you do in this role:
Support product and project leads in the development and management of financial, spend, and accounting plans
Obtain, document, and communicate estimates for schedule, performance, and budget of assigned projects
Monitor baseline, resource, and task entry for application and adherence to process
Manage and monitor accrual and re-accrual activities and updates
Monitor our company financial deadlines and drives completion of deliverables by deadline
Track and update financial forecast and actuals information
Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to provide financial status updates, discuss variances and key deliverables, and identify action items for a given financial period
Collect resourcing inputs from project managers and finalize attestation using financial management tooling
Consolidate information and update relevant financial tools as needed
Provide support on ad hoc financial activities, including but not limited to, JVs and PO creation/close-out
Education: HS Diploma required.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a project management or coordinator capacity.
Experience managing project budgets, performing cost estimations, analyzing financial data, processing accruals, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and making informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and project investments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with outside suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Have a mindset of continuous improvement, never satisfied with the status quo.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Proficiency in financial management tools including Excel, SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and/or Apptio IT Planning.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The salary range for this role is
$87,300.00 - $137,400.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
