Job Description
 

1. Complete the application and financial closure process for all sponsored meetings

2. Responsible for all PO orders and contracts of the team

3. Communicate with the BU monthly to collect hospital data of hospital access and input it into the system, and analyze the data as the same time

4. Regularly communicate with the association to collect and summarize project plans for internal screening, and assist the association in completing third-party due diligence

5. Assist the BC in conducting compliance spot checks for sponsorships under RMB 50,000 monthly
