About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager who will be playing critical role in shaping regulatory strategy to enable business growth while protecting consumers and maintaining the highest standards of compliance. In this role, you’ll lead regulatory activities in assigned category, ensuring our claims, advertising, and commercial execution are both competitive and fully aligned with government requirements and Haleon policies.
A day in the life
Role Responsibilities:
- You will ensure products and claims within scope can be placed on the market with optimal, compliant claims, advertising, and promotions aligned to commercial plans (medicines, devices, cosmetics, foods, and general commodities).
- You will own regulatory compliance for all products, ensuring we meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements at all times.
- You will lead regulatory advocacy by providing technical and scientific input, building strong engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., BPOM, MoH, MoR, MoI, MoT, trade associations, Marketing/Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality).
- You will strengthen your regulatory network and partner with key stakeholders to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and lead improvement initiatives that simplify and strengthen ways of working.
- You will draft position papers and collaborate with external key opinion leaders (academia/scientific institutions) to help shape and navigate evolving regulations across OTC, medical devices, cosmetics, and health supplements.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, food science, pharmacy, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and the relevant legal/regulatory framework
- 15+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, including 3+ years in a regulatory leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Technical depth to assess product regulatory compliance and translate requirements into practical actions
- Confidence engaging with regulatory officials and leading/ supporting advocacy initiatives
