The P2P Latin America Operations Performance Lead supports the effective delivery of Procure to Pay services across the LATAM region. The role focuses on operational execution, service performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to support key enterprise metrics such as DPO and POT, within a SOXcontrolled environment. 

 

Working closely with the Regional and Global P2P leadership, internal stakeholders, and external BPO partners, the OPL helps ensure stable service delivery, identifies performance issues, supports improvement initiatives, and reinforces standard ways of working across LATAM markets. The role is primarily executionfocused, with growing exposure to regional coordination, governance, and transformation activities. 

  • Support or lead the day to day delivery of P2P services across LATAM markets in line with global standards and service expectations. 
  • Assist in executing global and regional P2P strategies, projects, and initiatives within the LATAM region. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on service delivery KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics. 
  • Identify service delivery issues, trends, and root causes, supporting corrective action tracking and resolution. 
  • Support the preparation of materials and insights for operational governance and service review forums. 
  • Work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Treasury, IT) to support effective endtoend P2P service delivery. 
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support smalltomedium scale change activities. 
  • Collaborate with Technology and Global teams to support system improvements, automation, and digital enablement initiatives. 
  • Support standardization, bestpractice adoption, and knowledge sharing across LATAM markets. 
  • Contribute to cost awareness and efficient resource usage across P2P operations. 

    Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies. 

    Promote a strong service, risk, and compliance culture across LATAM P2P operations. 

    Education and experienced 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 
    • Progress toward a professional qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent). 

    • MBA is desirable but not required. 

    • 5–8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Finance Operations, or Shared Services. 

    • Exposure to LATAM markets and multicultural environments. 

    • Experience working with or supporting outsourced/BPO service providers. 

    • Understanding of internal controls, SOX, and operational risk. 

    • Exposure to process change, system upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
