Digital Commerce Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Digital Commerce and performance marketing initiatives. This full-time role focuses on campaign execution support, reporting, data analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the acceleration of our digital business through strong operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
- Support execution of digital performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and commerce media channels.
- Assist with campaign asset preparation, trafficking, tracking setup, and QA.
- Conduct basic performance checks and help ensure smooth daily operations.
Performance Reporting & Data Analysis
- Update dashboards and regular KPI reports across platforms and campaigns.
- Collect, validate, and organize performance data for internal reviews.
- Support basic analysis of funnel metrics to identify trends or issues (e.g., drop-off points, CTR/CVR patterns).
- Summarize insights from analytics tools to inform optimization recommendations.
Customer Experience & Landing Page Support
- Assist in reviewing landing pages, user flows, and creative assets for accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate A/B test setup and monitor results with agency/marketing teams.
- Support UX/CX improvement initiatives through data gathering and documentation.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as an operational point of contact for agencies and partners.
- Manage timelines, deliverable tracking, and documentation.
- Collect proposals, reports, and optimization plans for internal sharing.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Provide data summaries and insights that support cross-functional discussions and planning.
Support for Global & APAC Projects
- Assist in localizing global/APAC toolkits, playbooks, and best practices.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and reporting related to regional projects.
- Help implement global platform updates or measurement standards within the local market.
Budget & Administrative Support
- Support budget tracking, PO processing, invoicing, and cost reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate documentation for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics, communications, or a relevant field.
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or digital analytics roles.
- Strong understanding of performance channels (search, display, social, retargeting, commerce media).
- Demonstrated experience managing media budgets and optimizing for ROI/ROAS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for agency and cross‑functional partnership management.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in both English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, digital commerce, retail, or other performance‑driven environments.
- Familiarity with CX/UX best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
