Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)

As a Manufacturing Supervisor at our Portsmouth site, you will lead daily operations that help manufacture life-changing therapies. You will guide a team and play a key role in delivering high-quality biologics for our customers and patients. This role is based onsite, where working in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

This role follows a 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a rotating schedule of alternating days: two on, two off, three on, two off, two on, three off (repeating cycle).

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of 6+ direct reports to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations

  • Guide and support team members while promoting a strong culture of safety and quality

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and deliver on time

  • Review batch records and documentation to support accurate and timely batch release

  • Train, coach, and develop team members to support performance and growth

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and solve operational challenges

  • Perform administrative tasks such as shift handovers, meetings, and team communication

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing, ideally in biologics or a similar environment

  • AS or BS degree in a science-related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and guide team members

  • Ability to make sound decisions using logic, critical thinking, and process knowledge

  • Experience supporting training, onboarding, or staff development activities

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow defined procedures

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to a positive work environment
