Job Description:
MS&T Process Engineer
At Ipsen, we’re committed to making a real impact every day for patients and society. We are currently offering a 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity within our Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving manufacturing processes in a highly regulated environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced site and drive impact from day one.
What you’ll do
Lead and deliver MS&T projects in line with defined timelines
Own equipment validation activities, including qualification protocols and reports
Drive process automation and implement process improvements
Troubleshoot unplanned events, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective CAPAs
Lead investigations into quality and EHS events and implement corrective actions
Support capital projects and wider plant engineering initiatives
What you’ll bring
Strong process engineering experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
Proven ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues
Experience supporting validation, automation, and continuous improvement activities
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace
Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and drive impact
