Job Description:
- Independently responsible for sales operations support of designed business team
- Co-work with SFE Directors and BP providing support on commercial performance projects of assigned business units by setting clear KPIs and objectives, ensuring teams have shared performance targets, regular performance reviews, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Drive data analysis and reporting to support business processes. Deeply understanding business data, provide insights to management to aid in data-driven decision-making.
- Actively engage field force management team on optimizing sales planning to ensure resource allocation effectiveness and productivity improvement.
- Conduct business analysis covering topics like performance diagnosis, call effectiveness, territory diagnosis, etc.
- Optimization and provision of sales incentive calculation, incentive analysis report, maintain efficient and close communication with SFE team or related business adherers.
- Maintain and upgrade MDM/CRM/BI system to provide SFE related reports valuable to business growth dynamic
- Other projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 5 years working experience in multinational companies in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry or SFE role is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong mindset for collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work on own initiative.
- Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
- Agility in learning, gaining business understanding and adapting to changes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
