Job Summary**
As a Key Account Manager at Ferring India, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the pharmaceutical sector.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Proactively engage with key accounts to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and present Ferring's solutions effectively.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing strategies.
* Conduct in-depth Customer Analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term Customer Relationship Management with key stakeholders.
* Ensure high levels of Customer Success Management by consistently delivering value and addressing customer challenges.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize sales processes and solutions.
* Monitor Market Intelligence to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
* Develop and implement Sales Optimization initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of overall Sales Strategy.
* Effectively Communicate Effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
* Demonstrate strong Selling skills, including negotiation and objection handling.
* Deliver Results consistently, meeting and exceeding performance expectations.

Job Qualifications**
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of Customer Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Success Management principles.
* Proficiency in Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically and contribute to Sales Strategy development.
* Proven ability to Deliver Results and work under pressure.
* High level of Resilience and Adaptability to changing market conditions.
* Strong self-management and organizational skills.
* Ability to Work Collaboratively in a team environment.
* In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales processes and regulations.
* Experience with Sales Optimization techniques and Market Intelligence gathering.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences) preferred.
