Key responsibilities
1. 直播业务0-1搭建
• 负责抖音直播业务整体规划及从0-1团队搭建,建立直播运营机制、SOP及管理体系
• 搭建并管理约10人左右直播团队,包括主播、运营、场控、中控、投流及内容支持等岗位
• 制定直播业务阶段性目标及增长策略,推动直播间快速起量
2. GMV及经营结果负责
• 对直播间销售目标、GMV、转化率、ROI等核心经营指标负责
• 基于平台流量逻辑,制定直播排期、货盘策略、投流策略及用户运营方案
• 持续优化直播间人货场效率,提升用户停留、互动及成交转化
3. 直播运营管理
• 统筹直播全链路运营,包括选品、脚本、节奏、福利机制、投流协同及复盘优化
• 管理日常直播执行,保障直播稳定性及现场运营效率
• 建立直播数据分析机制,持续监控关键经营指标并推动改善
4. 团队管理与能力建设
• 负责团队招聘、培训及绩效管理,打造高执行力直播团队
• 建立主播及运营人才梯队,提升团队专业能力及业务敏捷度
• 推动跨部门协作,与供应链、品牌、电商、内容等团队高效联动
Qualifications and skills
1. 大专及以上学历,3年以上抖音直播团队管理经验,具备0→1搭建直播间、从起号到稳定盈利的实战案例,有同品类运营经验优先。
2. 精通直播全流程运营、平台规则、千川投放、数据复盘与转化优化;具备优秀的内容策略设计与落地能力,能持续提升直播业绩。
3. 优秀的现场把控、决策、跨团队协同能力;目标拆解清晰、执行落地强;能有效管理主播、场控、投放等多角色。
4. 反应快速、高韧性、实时敏捷;数据驱动、结果导向;抗压能力强,可适配直播高强度节奏。
