Develop Self-Service Data Solutions: Create dashboards and other tools to enhance the speed and effectiveness of the decision-making process. Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy: Implement best practices in data governance and management to maintain high-quality data standards. Process Excelence Leader and HR Projects LATAM. Bachelor's Degree Experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR environment. Experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data visualization and analytical techniques. Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Knowledge of Python programming for data analysis. Solid understanding of statistical methods and data translation techniques. Strong data visualization construction skills and UX knowledge. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate data findings. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proactive and collaborative mindset in a dynamic work environment, with a strong attitude toward teamwork.
