We are building an exciting talent pipeline of HR Advisors who are passionate about delivering an outstanding people experience and are fluent in English alongside at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese. This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals who thrive in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy supporting employees and managers with expertise, empathy, and professionalism.

You will provide timely, accurate advice across a variety of HR topics, shaping how employees experience our policies and processes every day. As part of a global service team that blends human expertise with digital solutions, you will help the enterprise run smoothly so our scientists and teams can move faster for patients.

Accountabilities:

  • Policy and Process Guidance: Resolve HR queries across Payroll, Flexible Work, Compensation, Benefits, Leave and Absence, Employee Information and Time Recording, ensuring accurate, compliant outcomes and a seamless employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build solid relationships and maintain clear, proactive communication with relevant stakeholders to enable faster resolutions and reduce hand-offs.
  • Compliant Advisory Support: Provide practical, easy-to-understand advice that helps employees interpret and apply HR policies consistently and compliantly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a continuous improvement approach; identify themes from cases, contribute to projects and implement better ways of working that elevate service quality and efficiency.
  • Knowledge Management: Strengthen our knowledge base by reviewing and updating internal content so it is accurate, accessible and easy to understand for every employee who relies on it.
  • Technology Enablement: Embrace and leverage HR technology and automation to evolve the service and support AstraZeneca’s bold ambition, sharing feedback that enhances tools and user experience.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Fluent English: Able to build strong connections across a vibrant, multicultural environment.
  • Communication Skills: An exceptional communicator who not only understands HR policies but thrives on helping others navigate them.
  • Analytical Mentality: Comfortable solving problems, spotting patterns and using insight to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: A positive, service-oriented team player who works effectively with colleagues to deliver the best possible experience.
  • Proactive Approach: Willing to share ideas, contribute improvements and work towards win-win solutions.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • HR Background: Previous HR experience or relevant professional background.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft tools.
