Procurement Sr. Sourcing Specialist / E-sourcing
This role will be part of the Global Strategy, Execution and Enablement Team in the procurement pillar. This role will be located in Bangalore and reporting directly to the Senior Manager Global Procurement Enablement.

What You Will Do
The Procurement Sr. Sourcing Specialist / E-Sourcing Expert will play a key role in driving category alignment and operational excellence across the procurement organization. This position will help shape and implement the e-sourcing strategy, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and change management efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement and technical expertise, along with the ability to improve efficiency and support the consistent application of standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, and tools across all category teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve e-sourcing processes aligned with global procurement strategies and governance standards.
- Lead and support end-to-end sourcing events, including e-RFx and e-auctions, from strategy through award recommendation.
- Prepare clear analyses, reports, and recommendations that communicate event outcomes, savings opportunities, and sourcing decisions to stakeholders.
- Perform spend, bid, and category analyses to identify trends, improve event effectiveness, and support regional and global sourcing strategies.
- Monitor e-sourcing performance metrics and use insights to optimize process adoption, compliance, and overall sourcing outcomes.
- Partner with category leaders to define go-to-market approaches and execute sourcing activities through approved e-sourcing tools, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, and e-auction workflows.
- Provide functional training and user support for e-sourcing systems, serving as a point of escalation for process and tool-related issues.
- Maintain e-sourcing policies, process documentation, onboarding materials, and training content to support consistent execution across the procurement organization.
- Collaborate with digital procurement and analytics teams to strengthen tool capabilities, reporting, and data visibility that improve sourcing efficiency and performance tracking.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or other related field, preferably complemented by an MBA or another master’s qualification.
- Strong Knowledge of End-to-End Procurement processes.
- 3+ years’ experience in Procurement process and tools
- Tech Savvy and high-level of excel skills
- Experience in Process improvement projects
- Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are required
- Advanced English proficiency

- Worked in matrix organizations at global level
- Stakeholder management
- Experience in ERP systems
