We are seeking a Software Quality Engineer to drive end-to-end software quality across the product lifecycle, ensuring products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and business expectations. This role partners closely with Development, Marketing, Test and Product Support to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with customer needs and market requirements. The position is responsible for embedding lifecycle rigor through clearly defined standards, methods, SOPs, and disciplined artifact management, while ensuring end-to-end traceability across requirements, testing, and defect management.

The role owns the software quality plan and release readiness framework, including defining criteria, reviewing and approving test summary reports, and providing formal release readiness assessments. It also leads risk governance by establishing consistent processes for risk identification, prioritization, mitigation, and acceptance across development models (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), ensuring transparency and alignment between risks and mitigation strategies. In addition, the position provides oversight of key QMS processes—including issue management and V&V procedures—and may develop local processes and work instructions to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

Following product release, the role is accountable monitoring KPIs, driving trend analysis, and partnering with the business to prioritize systemic improvements. The position supports and hosts internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and sustained compliance.

Through strong cross-functional leadership and a disciplined, data-driven approach, this role ensures the organization delivers reliable, high-quality software products with clear risk visibility and continuous improvement.
