About this role

The primary purpose of the S2C Senior Analyst role is to provide operational sourcing and contract support within the Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) process, ensuring a seamless user experience and high data quality; The role supports Sourcing Managers and business stakeholders by triaging requests, administering contracts, and maintaining contract and sourcing records, also ensures requests are processed in line with procurement policies, category strategies, and governance standards; Focuses on execution, coordination, and user support, not policy or methodology ownership.

 

 Responsibilities:

         Request processing / eRfX Support:

·         Serve as an operational intake point for Source to Contract (S2C) requests, reviewing incoming requests and determining appropriate actions in line with procurement policies, governance standards, and category strategies.

·         Evaluate relevance, completeness, and validity of requests, assessing specifications, spend thresholds, and business objectives before progressing requests for sourcing or contracting.

·         Complete non sourcing requests using preferred suppliers and established pricing models, ensuring correct approvals and documentation.

·         Set up eRfX events and eAuctions based on category manager inputs and handover documents for selected sourcing events including e-auctions

·         Oversee/review complex sourcing projects and ensure process compliance

         Contract Management Support:

·         Create, maintain, and progress contracts in the Coupa CLM system, including contract authoring using approved templates, population and validation of contract metadata, coordination of redlining and review cycles, ensuring contracts follow approved workflows and are executed in line with policy and governance requirements

·         Monitor, report, and execute contract renewals, amendments, and extensions in line with contracting enablement guidelines and category plans

·         Maintain contract repositories and supporting documentation (incl. template library and clause library) while ensuring data accuracy, reporting readiness, and alignment with contract lifecycle management standards.

·         Perform technology-enabled support within pre- and post-acquisitions, including AI-enabled contract review, repapering, and contract migration.

         Supplier Management Support:

·         Execute and administer supplier performance evaluation surveys and scorecards designed and owned by Supplier Relationship / Performance Management teams

·         Conduct supplier performance evaluation surveys

·         Support Category Managers with supplier analytics, including rebate tracking, performance inputs, and contract linked reporting

         User support:

·         Act as the first operational control point for upstream S2C activities

·         Advise users on preferred buying channels, preferred supplier concept, category strategies, and adjacent sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes (GNEWO, ESE, SGG, Clinical etc.)

·         Answer user and stakeholder queries related to sourcing and contracting workflows, ensuring consistent application of policies and tools

         And other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (Equivalent professional experience may be considered.)
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, purchasing or similar
  • Demonstrated experience supporting: RFx processes, contract lifecycle administration
  • Experience working with procurement and/or contract management systems (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP, or similar preferred)
