Our mission is to ensure the safety and compliance of Novonesis’ sustainable products and to support continued access to global markets.
You will join a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing team with an inclusive culture, working closely with molecular biologists, regulatory experts, pilot plant facilities, and quality functions across the organization.

Support and help direct the generation of experimental data required for strain characterization
Provide guidance to scientists and managers in production strain development to ensure regulatory readiness and approval
Bridge knowledge gaps across disciplines and teams, strengthening collaboration and information flow within SAS and the wider organization
What you’ll need to be successful
A high performing team-based mindset. The team is working according to agile principles - constantly improving ways of working to deliver high quality documentation to hard, and sometimes short deadlines.
A MSc or PhD Degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, or biology.
Excellent scientific writing and communication skills in English.
A collaborative, curious and self-driven mindset.
Additional skills & interests we value
