Join our Strategy Deployment team in Lyngby—a highly skilled, multinational team where you will gain hands-on experience and grow within strategy, business development, and analytics.
The Role & Your Impact
As a Student Assistant in Strategy Deployment, you will support strategic initiatives and gain broad exposure across business-critical activities while working closely with the Head of PHB Strategy.
In this role, you will:
Support end-to-end strategy development and implementation
Contribute to strategic projects across PHB business areas
Help drive the commercial excellence agenda and operational improvements
Build data models and analyses to support decision-making
Assist in workshops, presentations, and strategic planning activities
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you:
Are currently in your 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s (business or technical field)
Are fluent in written and spoken English
Can work onsite in Lyngby 15–20 hours per week (with flexibility)
Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data
Are structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
