Join our Strategy Deployment team in Lyngby—a highly skilled, multinational team where you will gain hands-on experience and grow within strategy, business development, and analytics.

The Role & Your Impact
As a Student Assistant in Strategy Deployment, you will support strategic initiatives and gain broad exposure across business-critical activities while working closely with the Head of PHB Strategy.

In this role, you will:

• Support end-to-end strategy development and implementation

• Contribute to strategic projects across PHB business areas

• Help drive the commercial excellence agenda and operational improvements

• Build data models and analyses to support decision-making

• Assist in workshops, presentations, and strategic planning activities

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you:

• Are currently in your 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s (business or technical field)

• Are fluent in written and spoken English

• Can work onsite in Lyngby 15–20 hours per week (with flexibility)

• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data

• Are structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
