About this role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Compliance to lead and manage our quality compliance framework. Reporting to the Deputy CQO – Head of QA, this role is responsible for ensuring robust inspection readiness, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement of compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for health authority inspections and partner audits, including preparation, hosting, and follow-up activities
Lead and maintain the self-inspection program, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement
Oversee and drive the quality risk management program across the organization
Monitor regulatory landscape (regulatory surveillance) and ensure timely implementation of applicable requirements
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure inspection readiness and compliance at all times
Profile:
Strong experience in GxP compliance within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Proven track record managing regulatory inspections and audits
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
