Main Responsibilities

Pharmacovigilance (PV) / Post‑Marketing Surveillance (PMS) Support

  • Support PV and PMS activities in alignment with local and global requirements
  • Assist in the management of PMS activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of project deliverables
  • Provide PMS‑related communication to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate PMS IRB review schedules and payment processes
  • Maintain and organize PMS documentation in accordance with applicable requirements
  • Support vigilance case processing and case management activities
  • Prepare and submit regular and expedited PV reports, as required
  • Support SOP updates, revisions, and gap analysis activities
  • Assist with Safety Data Exchange Agreement (SDEA) and Vigilance Procedure (VP) management
  • Maintain a local vigilance system and ensure appropriate handling of safety information
  • Support and maintain a 24/7 local vigilance coverage system
  • Ensure local vigilance records and files are kept accurate and up to date in line with company procedures and local regulations
  • Perform screening of local medical and medical device literature to identify potential case reports related to products
  • Track completion of PV training activities
  • Maintain and monitor a local vigilance generic email inbox to facilitate safety information exchange
  • Support PV and vigilance audits and inspections
  • Monitor and report regulatory intelligence relevant to PV and PMS

Other Team Administration Responsibilities (as required)

  • Support billing and invoice‑related processes
  • Provide contract administration support
  • Assist with GxP document management and archiving

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

Work Experience

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or consumer healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated interest in product safety and/or post‑marketing surveillance

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective problem‑solving and influencing capabilities
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Clear, proactive, and effective communication style
