About the Team
The PLE Maintenance team in Engineering comprises 12 dedicated technicians, engineers, and coordinators with a strong focus on personal development, collaboration, and high professional standards. We operate with a flat structure where every contribution matters and decisions are made collaboratively. Our culture emphasizes ownership, continuous learning, and mutual support. We work closely together to maintain critical production equipment and promote a safe, innovative, and engaging work environment.
About the Role
As an Electrician in our PLE Maintenance team, you will help ensure the reliability and performance of the electrical systems that keep our biopharmaceutical production equipment running around the clock. You will contribute to troubleshooting, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting improvement initiatives in our electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot electrical faults in production and utility equipment, including motors, control panels, and distribution systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on both legacy and modern equipment to ensure maximum uptime
Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan, execute, and document work orders accurately and on time
Ensure GMP-compliant documentation for all maintenance activities
Support commissioning of new electrical installations and upgrades
Contribute to identifying and implementing optimizations to improve equipment performance, safety, and energy efficiency
Participate in on-call and shift rotations to support 24/7 production operations
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a hands-on technician with solid expertise in electrical systems, a structured approach to maintenance, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:
Completed education as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent (e.g., “Elektriker med erfaring fra industri eller procesanlæg”)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
Good understanding of industrial power systems, motor control, switchboards, and safety standards
Familiarity with control panels, frequency converters, and field-level electrical components
Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning and execution
Experience working in structured, regulated environments—ideally within GMP or similar standards
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
The following qualifications will further strengthen your application, but are not essential:
Familiarity with automation systems and PLC fault tracing (e.g., Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley)
Basic understanding of HMI/SCADA systems and distributed control concepts
Able to communicate effectively in both Danish and English
